Investigation of whole genome gene expression level changes in leaves of Evereste and MM106 genotypes 6 and 24 hours after infiltration (hpi) by Erwinia amylovora (Ea) versus mock (water + 0,01 % Silwet). This analysis include transcritome comaprison between the two apple genotypes just before inoculation (T0). Overall design: A total of 30 samples, corresponding to 3 biological replicates (from 3 independent experiments) for each treatment, were used for differential gene expression analysis : Evereste (T0), MM106 (T0), Evereste (mock 6 hpi), Evereste (Ea 6 hpi), MM106 (mock 6 hpi), MM106 (Ea 6 hpi), Evereste (mock 24 hpi), Evereste (Ea 24 hpi), MM106 (mock 24 hpi), MM106 (Ea 24 hpi).
