Whole-organism metagenomes of daphnid neonates and zebrafish larvae

Whole-organism metagenomic sequencing data from early life stages of two ecotoxicological test species: Daphnia magna and Danio rerio. Data were acquired from 5-days-old individuals to support the identification of microbiome proteins in eco-coronas on titanium dioxide nanoparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.The associated study has been published in Environmental Science: Nano (Brinkmann et al., 2025: 'Host and microbiome proteins in eco-coronas: abundance, physics-chemical properties and binding partners').
