Lung transcriptomics (mRNA) - raw

This dataset was generated in an in vivo OECD TG 413 90-days nose-only inhalation study where Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to either 3R4F cigarette smoke or aerosols of the carbon heated tobacco product (CHTP) 1.2, a heat-not-burn platform. The study contains additional test groups that were examined following a systems toxicology approach (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design).
The lung transcriptome was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Rat Genome 230 2.0 Array. This dataset contains the sample annotation. The full raw dataset is available at ArrayExpress (www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress) (accession number E-MTAB-6319).
