Code to convert csv files of network into ml files for versions of the network

This code was kindly developed by Vincent Labatut of The Galatasaray University. The R script processes the other Figshare files to produce eight graphml files of the network. It creates four versions of the parasite-parasite network and four versions of the resource-parasite-immune network analysed in Griffiths et al. 2014. The parasite-parasite network includes reported effects on morbidity reported in Griffiths et al. 2011. The four versions of the network range from no aggregation of node names (0) up to severe aggregation (3). Thank you for developing and sharing this Vincent!
