Gene expression analysis of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation exposed to paracetamol [RNA-seq]

Genome-wide gene expression profiling of hESCs undergoing neuronal differentiation at four distinct time-points. hESCs are differentiated using a neuronal differentiation protocol, day 7 and 20 were charachterized. Cells were exposed to 100 or 200 μM paracetamol from Day 1 were charachterised at Day 7 and Day 20. Genome wide gene expression profiling of (n= 20) samples from neuronal differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) in presence of paracetamol at day 7(n = 5 P100; n= 5 P200), and 20 (n=5 P100 and n=5 P200).
