Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data (version 2) acquired at the Mid-Atlantic Ridge during the Atlantis II expedition A114-02 (1986)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam Classic Multibeam Sonar system during Atlantis II expedition A114-02 conducted in 1986 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Robert Pockalny). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data and were processed by the at-sea science party and the GMRT Team using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1.
