Divergent effects of native deer and alien wild pigs on forest understories

This is for the major code and data for our paper 'Divergent effects of native deer and alien wild pigs on forest understories' in Proceedings B. The major codes for data analyses were provided in 'Deer&PigEffects.R'. We also provided three compiled dataset: plot_alldata_seedling.rds is the seedling data of whole eastern North America, for the analyses of deer effects on forest recruitment; plot_alldata_invafinal.rds is the invasive plant data of whole eastern North America, for the analyses of deer effects on understory plant invasions; plot_boardata_final.rds is the seedling and invasive plant data for southern states, for the analyses fo pig effects on forest recruitment and invasions.
