## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.\n\nThis layer contains partial locations of identified coalfields in South Australia.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nTo identify known coal locations.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nOriginal dataset was collected and digitised from the coalfields identified in the original 'Coal Deposits in South Australia' mineral information series (Department of Mines and Energy) 1984.
