该数据资源为秦皇岛市海港经济开发区在重点项目建设情况表数据工作中产生的，包含建设单位、项目名称等信息，可用于基层精准统计经开区内重点项目（新开工、续建、竣工投产、前期谋划）的数量、总投资、年度计划投资
This dataset is generated during the data work of compiling key project construction status forms for the Haigang Economic Development Zone in Qinhuangdao City. It contains information such as construction units and project names, and can be used for accurate grassroots-level statistics of the quantity, total investment and annual planned investment of key projects (newly started, under continued construction, completed and commissioned, and pre-planned) within the economic development zone.
