Bacterial raw datasets from five stations on the M4 shallow seamounts in the western Pacific Ocean

This dataset uses environmental DNA and environmental RNA techniques to sample five sites in the M4 shallow seamount area of the Western Pacific Ocean. DNA and RNA were extracted using a reagent kit and amplified using specific primers. To prevent errors, each sample was PCR amplified three times, and qualified samples were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq platform. Obtain the original sequence dataset.
