资源简介:
Anaerobic biological treatment technology has attracted much attention due to its ability to convert diverse organic substances into carbon dioxide and methane for resource and energy recovery, as well as its characteristics of high organic load and high tolerance to shock loads. However, in high-salt environments, the metabolic activity of conventional anaerobic microorganisms significantly decreases, resulting in insufficient efficiency of organic matter hydrolysis and acidification, and difficulty in stably supplying the short-chain fatty acid substrates required for subsequent hydrogen production, acetic acid production, and methane production. This severely restricts the efficiency of wastewater treatment and biogas production. Therefore, developing anaerobic ethanol-producing strains with high salt tolerance and high efficiency in organic matter conversion, and strengthening their ability to convert complex organic substances into easily degradable small molecules such as short-chain fatty acids, is of great significance for breaking through the technical bottlenecks in the treatment of high-salt organic wastewater and energy recovery.
