FROM DIPLOMATIC RECOGNITION TO STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: THE LEGAL EVOLUTION OF UZBEKISTAN-INDIA RELATIONS.

The article examines the legal evolution of relations between Uzbekistan and India from the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992 to the current stage of strategic partnership. Special attention is paid to the formation of the bilateral legal framework, its main stages, and areas of development. The article notes that despite the expansion of bilateral agreements, the potential of Uzbek-Indian cooperation has not yet been fully realized.
