XMM-Newton observations of a complete sample of INTEGRAL detected AGN

We propose to observe with XMMNewton a set of up to 19 AGN from a completesample of 88 INTEGRAL selected objects, for which no or limited spectralinformation are available below 10 keV. This is the continuation of 4 previoussuccessful XMM proposals, which have so far provided Xray observations for alarge fraction of our AGNs; the present proposal, complemented with archivalmeasurements, will conclude the observational phase of this project, providing ahigh quality Xray coverage for the entire INTEGRAL complete AGN sample. Basedon our past experience, we estimate that an exposure of 1520 ks for each source(depending on the source brightness) for a total time of 360 ks is sufficient toreach the scientific goals of this proposal, which we submit as an XMM Large Program. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
