PPARG is dispensable for bovine embryo development up to tubular stages

The objective of this study has been todetermine if embryonic PPARG is required for bovine embryo development. To that aim,we have generated bovine PPARG KO embryos in vitro by two independent gene ablationstrategies and assess their developmental ability to the blastocyst stage (day D8), earlypost-hatching stage (D12) and tubular stage (E14). Data provided here concerns the embryos generated through CRISPR-Cas9 edition and to the D12 and E14 stages.
