Transcriptomic data for fibroblast FNDC5 in colorectal cancer

This dataset contains processed transcriptomic data for the study of fibroblast FNDC5 in colorectal cancer. Mouse_tumor_scRNAseq.zip: Filtered single-cell gene-count matrices from six mouse orthotopic colorectal tumor libraries: three WT and three fibroblast-specific Fndc5 conditional-knockout (cKO). Data are provided in 10x Genomics MEX format. Mouse_CAF_bulkRNAseq_TPM.zip: Bulk RNA-seq TPM expression data from six primary mouse fibroblast/CAF samples: three WT and three cKO. SW480_bulkRNAseq_counts.zip: Bulk RNA-seq gene-count data from eight SW480 samples: four vehicle controls and four recombinant FNDC5-treated samples. Bulk expression data are provided as compressed, per-sample TSV files. Raw sequencing reads, analysis scripts and downstream analysis results are not included.
