Whole genome sequencing of pathogens isolated from feces of peafowl

This project focuses on whole genome sequencing of bacterial pathogens isolated from feces of peafowl. We isolated and identified the bacterial species, analyzed their antibiotic resistance profiles, and traced their potential sources and transmission patterns. The findings provide valuable insights into the health of peafowl populations, support efforts to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and contribute to our understanding of pathogenic bacteria that may pose risks to other animals or humans.
