This dataset is designed to collect and statistically analyze overdue maintenance data of different elevator maintenance units in Sanya City, so as to evaluate the work quality of each maintenance unit. It helps maintenance units optimize the allocation of safety management operators; meanwhile, local regulatory authorities can conduct interviews with maintenance units rated as "Warning" based on the analysis results, strengthen supervision, increase daily maintenance frequency and contents, thereby reducing elevator safety hazards and providing data support for relevant personnel in charge of related links to formulate cooperation plans. 1. Data Collection: Collect data related to overdue maintenance situations of various elevator maintenance units in Sanya City via elevator Internet of Things (IoT) devices and alarm receiving platforms. 2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain required data fields: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities. 3. Data Calculation: - Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators of a single unit = Total annual overdue maintenance elevators of the unit / Total annual overdue maintenance elevators of Sanya City - Proportion of involved residential communities of a single unit = Total annual involved residential communities of the unit / Total annual involved residential communities of Sanya City Sample data demonstrates the relevant scenario of one maintenance unit. The dataset contains multiple records of maintenance units, with the unit name stored in the data field in the form of (unit name). 4. Early Warning Evaluation: Use the IF function to perform graded evaluation on algorithm results: - For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: IF 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, rating A is marked as "+", IF proportion > 0.1, rating A is marked as "-". - For the proportion of involved residential communities: IF 0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1, rating B is marked as "+", IF proportion > 0.1, rating B is marked as "-". - The overall evaluation of a unit is "Qualified" only when both rating A and rating B are "+", otherwise the overall evaluation is "Warning". For maintenance units rated as "Warning", conduct interviews and strengthen supervision, increase daily maintenance frequency and contents to reduce elevator safety hazards.
