OverviewThis dataset provides the foundational evidence and analytical scripts for the research manuscript on the socio-technical analysis and Indigenous management of mágùn typologies as venereal syndromes in Okitipupa, southwestern Nigeria. It bridges qualitative ethnoclinical observations with quantitative ethnobotanical analysis and computational modelling to map the "preventive architecture" and "deterministic actuation" logic of the mágùn complex within the Ìkálẹ̀ (Yorùbá) medical landscape.Methodological frameworkThe data was generated through a cross-sectional ethnobotanical survey in Okitipupa LGA, Nigeria.
