The dataset contains the following files: original_data.xlsx: Experimental data with detailed variables on microbial perturbation responses. R_code_for_stats.R: The R script used for statistical analyses in the study. origin_fitfunc.zip: Custom non-linear models (Gompertz, Baranyi, Lag-exponential) for fitting microbial growth and CUE kinetics over time. Figs_source_data.zip: Source data used for figure generation, excluding Fig. 1, which is an experimental design illustration.
