These samples are coming from the use of an in vitro gastrointestinal model - baby-SPIME - in which apple pomace was tested.

The baby-SPIME has an ileum bioreactors an a colon bioreactors.One half cabinet served as control and one half cabinet served for the apple pomace (AP)test.Two samples were coming from the ileum control : IL control 1 (sample21), IL control 2 (sample 25), Two samples were coming from the ileum AP test : IL AP 1 (sample 23), IL AP 2 (sample 27) respectively with the same inoculum than samples 21 and 25. Two samples were coming from the colon control : AC control 1 (sample22), AC control 2 (sample 26), Two samples were coming from the colon AP test : AC AP 1 (sample 24), AC AP 2 (sample 28) respectively with the same inoculum than samples 22 and 26.
