Single-cell profiles of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) and bone marrow mononuclear cell (BMMC) from pneumosepsis mice

Immune disorder is a major pathological feature of sepsis, and its complex mechanisms have not been clarified so far. With the help of single-cell transcriptomics technology,we propose to explore the disregulated mechanisms of heterogeneous immune cells in the periphery and bone marrow of peumosepsis hosts. PBMC and BMMC were isolated from klebsiella-pneumoniae-induced pneumosepsis mice at 0 hour (Control), 12 hours (KP1), 36 hours (KP2), and 90 hours (KP3), which represented four progressive status of the healthy, local pneumonia, distant spread, and ultimate sepsis, respectively.
