Whole genome sequence of cervid atadenovirus A from adenoviral hemorrhagic disease epizootic of black-tailed deer in Canada

Adenoviral hemorrhagic disease (AHD) is an acute, infectious, and usually fatal viral disease of several deer species and was not previously reported outside of the United States. This is the first reported sequence of cervid atadenovirus A in Canada by whole genome sequencing from AHD epizootic in black-tailed deer.
