资源简介:
To investigate bacteria-plant social interactions and their influence on plant growth and immunity on transcriptional level, we performed RNA-seq analysis in plants inoculated with B. subtilis monocultures and their combinations. The results show differences in regulation in various social interactions both at the level of processes and at the level of individual genes. Overall design: potato shoots and roots, non-inoculated control (incubated in MS30 medium without bacteria) and Bacillus subtilis inoculated samples. B. subtilis inoculations. Two experiments were performed: 'Monocultures', with individual strains (PS-216 YFP and PS-218 YFP), and control; and 'Interactions', with individual strains (PS-216 YFP, PS-218 YFP, PS-218 mKate2), an isogenic mixture of two strains (PS-218 mKate2 + PS-218 YFP), a non-kin mixture of strains (PS-218 mKate2 + PS-216 YFP), and control. Sampling was performed in 4 biological replicates per treatment group.
