DNA panel sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing of established sarcoma 3D models in the MASTER precision oncology registry

Sarcomas are rare and biologically heterogeneous mesenchymal malignancies with limited availability of representative patient-derived models. We established a collection of individualized three-dimensional (3D) sarcoma cultures, i.e. organoids and spheroids, from patients enrolled in the MASTER trial, a precision oncology registry led by the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg and Dresden and the German Cancer Consortium (DKTK). This repository provides DNA panel sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing data from the sarcoma 3D models. The dataset enables molecular comparison of primary patient tissue with sequencing data from derived cultures and offers a resource for studying sarcoma biology, subtype-specific features, and microenvironmental dependencies.
