ID_num: unique random number identifier

Use4publication_analysis: is this student's data used for publication analysis? Yes or No

Use4degree_analysis: is this student's data used for student retention analysis? Yes or No

FieldCourseAlum: was this student a field course alumni? Yes or No

Time_in_Degree: number of years that the student was enrolled in their program

Cohort: student cohort. Ordered 1-9 

Field_of_Study: Program the student was enrolled in

Got_Degree Graduate_level: Did the student graduate from their program? Yes or No

Pubs_During_Degree: number of publications published during the degree program 

Pubs_10Yr_PostDegree: number of publications published within the first 10 years after degree

Career: combined career path based on 5 factors

Academic: Career factor. Academic or non-academic

Stem: Career factor. Stem or non-stem

Research: Career factor. Research or non-research

Teaching: Career factor. Teaching or non-teaching

Faculty: Career factor. Faculty or non-faculty
