next generation sequencing of icariin protection against contrast induced acute kidney injury

This study aims to investigate the underlying mechanism of protective effect of icariin in contrast medium induced acute kidney injury. Overall design: Next generation sequencing was applied for rat kidneys in three groups: control group, CIAKI group and CIAKI+icariin group. There're three rats in each group.
