The real-time hydrometeorological submersible buoy monitoring system mainly consists of an underwater observation unit, a shore-based control unit and a remote receiving unit. Specifically, an automatic weather station connected to the submersible buoy via the shore-based facility conducts meteorological observations by measuring wind speed and direction, air temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure.
