资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to the PhD thesis of Leah Turner. The overall goal of this thesis is to better understand the physiological processes underlying the responses and tolerance of rainbow trout to abiotic stressors such as temperature and hypoxia, since these stressors can have negative outcomes for fish on individual, population, and species levels. The transcriptomic responses to thermal stress after two hours (abrupt), 17 hours (acute) and nine weeks (chronic) of exposure, and similarly the response to hypoxia on an abrupt time scale were assessed. This dataset contains information on differently expressed genes (DEG) and associated Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA), gene ontology (GO), and Reactome pathway information obtained from the results of the above experiments.
