Kristineberg station metaT depth profile July and Sep

This project consists of two vertical depth profiles that were sampled in the Gullmar Fjord at station Alsb?ck (bottom depth ~120 m) in the Gullmar Fjord (Skagerrak/Kattegat region). Seawater samples (collected on 0.22-micron strivex filter units) were collected in duplicates from five depth layers (2-5, 15-25, 50-55, 75, and 100 m) in July and September 2017 at station Alsb?ck (bottom depth ~120 m) in the Gullmar Fjord (Skagerrak/Kattegat region) to study the gene expression of prokaryotic communities across the pronounced stratified water column.
