Deletion of AmotL2 in endothelial cells has a pronounced effect on nuclear shape and subcellular positioning. Difference in the phenotype of WT and AmotL2 KO endothelial cells is elucidated by scRNA-seq on both populations. Overall design: Aortae from 6 mice from WT and 6 AmotL2 KO mice were dissociated. Single cell suspension was then depleted of Cd45+ cells with magnetic bead separation and Endothelial cells positively sorted out as Cd31+, CD45- cells. CD31-, CD45- cells were sorted as well as control. The dataset is from two separate preparations of cells (12 mice in total).
