Supplemental Table S1

In this study, sampling of bulk tank milk and milk from primiparous cows was repeated four times in 149 herds over two years. The samples were analyzed for Mycoplasma bovis antibodies with IDScreen ELISA. Together with Mycoplasma bovis antibody status in the herds, data on introduction of live animals, herd size, health, and production in the herds were analyzed.
This table shows a detailed summary of the statistical analysis for all herd variables, univariable analysis and the mixed models with herd and sample as random factors.
