Surrounding RNAs Modulate the Fibronectin RGD/Sialic-Acid Context: Potential Implications for Tumor Metastasis

This dataset supports the manuscript “Surrounding RNAs Modulate the Fibronectin RGD/Sialic-Acid Context: Potential Implications for Tumor Metastasis.” It contains AlphaFold 3 input files, predicted structures, confidence outputs, and ranking scores for 20 modeled conditions comprising wild-type RGD-containing FNIII10 or its RGD-to-RGE mutant, five mature miRNAs, and the presence or absence of free sialic acid. Five diffusion samples were generated for each condition. The dataset also contains sample-level and condition-level structural measurements, the catRAPID screening output, the analysis script, a README file, and SHA-256 checksums. These data represent computational predictions and do not establish biochemical binding affinity or physiological FNIII10–sialic-acid interactions.
