Spatial omics reveals intra-tumor malignant cell diversity shaped by microenvironmental cues in colorectal cancer

This dataset comprises Seurat objects for: 1) Xenium (FFPE) and MERFISH (fresh-frozen) spatial transcriptomics data from 64 samples and 34 patients spanning tumor core, invasive margin, and adjacent normal tissues, 2) single-cell RNA-sequencing data from 189 tumor and normal samples of 63 colorectal cancer patients, and 3) single-cell RNA-sequencing data from patient-derived colorectal cancer organoids under treatment. Data were generated and/or analyzed for the study ‘Spatial omics reveals intra-tumor malignant cell diversity shaped by microenvironmental cues in colorectal cancer'.
