README <br>*** Propidium Iodide Cell Cycle (Neutrophils) ***<br>To access whether differences we observed in our neutrophil data could be due to the numberof "proliferating" neutrophils, we used propidium iodide staining. This enabled us to determineat which cycle phase our isolated neutrophils wer in. Neutrophil samples were analyzed using the MacsQuant10, and gating were performed using FlowLogic version 7. A sample sheet is included in the folder to be able to distinguish the different groups.<br>
