Survey sequencing of barley cultivar Haisa

This dataset contains whole-genome shotgun sequencing data of the barley cultivar 'Haisa', which is the genetic background of the albostrians mutant M4205. DNA was extracted from primary leaf of 7-day-old seedings. 350 bp paired-end library was prepared and sequenced according to the protocol as described previously (International Barley Genome Sequencing Consortium, 2012).
