Differential gene expression of orthotopic breast tumor in Nod2-/- and WT mice

We report that Nod2, a pattern recognition receptor, protects from orthotopic breast cancer and this protection is accompanied by changes in gene expression for cell proliferation, lipid metabolism and adipogenesis. Overall design: We compared RNA populations in the tumors from WT and Nod2-/- mice injected 4T1 mamary carcinoma cells.
