Additional Material for Thesis

This dataset includes supplementary materials curated for our knowledge base study, designed to enhance understanding and replicability of our methodologies. It encompasses comprehensive data from all three iterations, combining foundational work with updated findings:

- First Iteration Materials:  - List of excluded references with titles, exclusion criteria, authors, sources, and DOIs.  - List of included references with connections, architecture smell names, titles, publication years, authors, sources, and DOIs.  - List of all identified architecture smell names.  - Mapping of connections to maintainability.  - Mapping of connections to software design principles.  - Export of the ontology from Protégé.  - Study protocol.

- Second Iteration Materials:  - List of excluded references with titles, exclusion criteria, authors, sources, and DOIs.  - List of included references with the number of maintainability and architecture smell names, titles, publication years, authors, sources, and DOIs.  - Detailed list of smell names with corresponding references, including decisions on maintainability, definitions, aliases, and classifications.  - Comprehensive worksheets, lists of synonyms, statistics for generated diagrams, and taxonomy.

- Third Iteration Materials:  - Updated export of the ontology from Protégé.  - Comprehensive list of all refactorings with rationale for selection.  - List of all detection tools, including their capabilities, URLs, programming languages, and selection reasoning.

This complete collection is intended to support researchers in understanding and replicating the findings of our study across its various phases.
