Study the Citrus microbiome infected with canker disease after application of endophytic bacteria

We want to observe the microbiome structure of citrus canker-infected plants before and after endophyte treatment. We isolated different strains of bacterial endophytes from healthy citrus phyllosphere. Furthermore, we selected one strain as highly antagonistic against Xanthomons citri pv citri through dual culture technique. We applied this strain on diseased plants to check the microbiome changes.
