Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is a highly aggressive cancer that causes noteworthy deaths each year. Therefore, the development of small molecules enhancing NHL therapies is required. This study explores the specific inhibitory effects of a bioactive compound, B47, derived from Alpinia galanga, on lymphoma cells. We performed RNA-seq for lymphoma Raji cells treated with B47 and DMSO to study the mechanism for B47 inhibiting the lymphoma progression.
