Completing and Ensuring Major Impact from the XMM-SERVS Survey

We propose to complete our 12 deg^2 survey at 50 ks depth of three legacy skyregions\\: the SERVS areas of WCDFS, ELAISS1, and XMMLSS. XMMLSS won a 1.3Ms AO15 allocation. WCDFS and ELAISS1 coverage is now integrally required sothat XMMSERVS can dramatically advance studies of SMBH growth across the fullrange of cosmic environments, links between SMBH accretion and hostgalaxyproperties, groups/clusters at z 0.12, protoclusters, and other topics.XMMSERVS will allow outstanding studies of the newly detected 9000 AGNs and 760Xray groups/clusters by powerfully leveraging its superior radiotoUVcoverage, and its fields will have extraordinary legacy value as MOONS massivespectroscopy fields, DES/LSST deepdrilling fields, and prime ALMA fields. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
