Transcriptome analysis of gene expression in mouse ovarian samples from control group (Ctrl), 5-FU treated group (NR), and 5-FU recovery group (R)

We conducted transcriptome analysis to take a deeper insight into gene expression dynamics in 5-FU treated mouse ovaries. Mice were randomly divided into three groups of control (Ctrl), non-recovery (NR) and recovery (R) group. In the non-recovery group, 5-FU was administrated by intraperitoneal injection to female mice at 50 mg/kg/day for 4 days. In the control group, saline was administrated in the same way. In the recovery group, the mice were allowed to recover for one week following the last 5-FU administration.
