ICAP 1.0 Dataset

The use/abuse of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) was quantified on a sample of 807 subjects. Questionnaires were administered to measure impulsivity, compulsivity and symptoms of prefrontal dysfunction: i) The Urgency-Premeditation-Perseverance-Sensation seeking (UPPS-P) Impulsivity Scale (Lynam, 2013) in its reduced version and in Spanish (Cándido et al., 2012), ii) The Obsessive-Compulsive Drug Use Scale (OCDUS; Franken et al., 2002) adapted to an OCDUS-ICT version that has been proposed to estimate the compulsive use/abuse of ICT (Pedrero-Pérez et al., 2020), iii) The screening version of the Prefrontal Symptom Inventory (PSI-20; Pedrero-Pérez et al., 2015), and iv) The MULTICAGE-ICT (Pedrero-Pérez et al., 2018).
