资源简介:
MethodsSingle nucleotide polymorphisms data of gut flora from MiBioGen GWAS and pattern baldness from IEU Open GWAS were analyzed using Mendelian randomization to explore the causal relationship between gut flora and AGA, a mouse model of AGA was constructed, and fecal 16S rRNA was used to detect the intestinal flora and non-targeted metabolomics to detect the changes in fecal metabolites, HE staining, immunohistochemistry, and beta-galactosidase kit staining were used to detect the aging and inflammation levels in the colon and hair follicles of the alopecia model mice and the fecal bacteria transplantation treatment group, dermatoscopy and hair growth scoring were used to detect hair growth.
