收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility package accompanying the doctoral thesis Neurological Involvement in Inborn Errors of Immunity: a boundary-aware multi-evidence-setting study (Ural Federal University / Institute of Immunology and Physiology, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences; programme 1.5.5 - Human and Animal Physiology). Contents. Supplementary Tables 1-13 and 22-26 as machine-readable CSV; Figures 1-10, 12, 15, 16 and 17 plus Supplementary Figures 1-4 as SVG, vector PDF and PNG at 600 dpi; the complete figure-generation and quality-control pipeline; a data dictionary; and the source-freeze manifests with SHA-256 checksums. Withheld material. Supplementary Tables 14-21 and Figures 11, 13 and 14 are not included. They contain source-traceable phenotype assertions, term-level phenotype matching, family-aware inheritance evidence and case-level synthesis, all of which are participant-derived and carry a re-identification risk for three rare index cases. Participant-decoupled summaries are archived separately at https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.33511885. Anonymisation. Case labels are neutralised to C1/C2/C3 and R1/R2, source-document identifiers to SRC-n, and assertion identifiers to A-n. Institution names, the ethics protocol number, author names and absolute filesystem paths have been removed. A machine-checked privacy gate scans every text file and figure PDF and must report zero findings before publication. Third-party resources (IUIS and SFARI catalogs, PGC2019 and SPARK GWAS summary statistics, GENCODE, GO, Reactome) are not redistributed and remain subject to their original terms.
