Raw Data for: Evaluation of a Commercial IFAT Kit for Detection of Microsporidia Species in Vitro"

This dataset contains all raw fluorescence microscopy images and quantitative data associated with the manuscript “Evaluation of a Commercial Immunofluorescence Kit for Detection of Microsporidia Species in Vitro.”

Included are original microscopy images (TIFF/PNG), ImageJ-derived fluorescence intensity measurements, and detection scoring used to generate Figures 1–3 and Tables 1–2 of the manuscript. Data are provided to enable full transparency and reproducibility of the study.
