Nephrologist Burnout and Coping Strategies During COVID

This data represents original research conducted by the researcher under a study approved by the Institutional Review Board of Drexel University Protocol #2302009759. A survey instrument was developed to collect data from nephrologists across the United States. The survey was designed to capture information about nephrologists' coping strategies used during the COVID-19 pandemic and the effectiveness of those strategies in alleviating self-reported burnout and intention to leave the profession. The researcher was permitted to present the survey at the Renal Physician's Association (RPA) annual meeting and the RPA also e-mailed the survey to their approximately 2100 nephrologist members.
