Dataset: Atomistic structure of nanotwinned Cu and Informatics study for electrodeposited nanotwinned materials
Description of the Dataset:
structural_design_cu_nanotwin.zip: The folder contains the bash command file to construct nanotwinned copper structure at atomistic scale (using atomsk software). the data files of structures are provided in .xsf and .cfg format.
nanotwin-electrodeposition-informatics.zip: The datasets related to the use of natural language processing (NLP) for the study of electrodeposition and nanotwinned materials structure are provided in this directory. The inverse document frequency ( inverse_document_frequency_approximate_values.json) and term frequency; and keyterms (nanotwinned_copper_keywords.yaml) have been utilized to construct the wordgraph, networks and radar charts. The knoweldge data and metadata (nanotwin_electrodeposition_knowledge.db, nanotwin_electrodeposition_knowledge_metadata.csv, nanotwin_electrodeposition_knowledge_params.json) have been utilized to perform quantified named entity recognition (NER) for nanotwinning and electrodeposition aspects. The query.txt consists of the query phrase to extract the necessary scientific and technical data from the arXiv repositiory. The knowledge data can be explored using the nanotwin visualizationner webapp. It is possible to quantify using NER for the following parameters : Material, Current Density, Electrolyte Concentration, Nanotwin Spacing, Additive Concentratino, Voltage, pH, Temperature, Grain Size and Deposition time.
