Validation of highly sensitive method based on UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS for the quantification of progestogens and androgens in plant material.

We prepared a highly sensitive method for the quantification of progestogens and androgens in plant materials. This method is based on UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS. We show here the data used for the method validation. This includes the determination of linearity, recovery, precision, limits of detection and limits of quantification.
