Gene expression changes in MDA-MB-231 xenografts after treatment with Bexarotene and Carvedilol. Homo sapiens

MDA-MB-231 triple negative breast cancer cells were xenografted into SCID mice. Treatments (control (PBS) or Bexarotene and Carvedilol combination) were administered in chow to the mice, after tumors reached 1cm^3 volume tumors were harvested, and RNA-sequencing was performed on RNA extracts to detect gene expression changes.
