Whole genome sequencing of lactic acid bacteria with potential antioxidant activities isolated from Korean raw milk

Lactic acid bacteria were isolated from raw milk collected at dairy farms located in different provinces of the Republic of Korea. The bacterium was initially screened for their survival of tolerance against hydrogen peroxide (2mM). Later the antioxidant properties of the bacteria were verified and confirmed using the standard antioxidant protocol assays.
